"Offering of Letters" Campaign:
Bread for the World's 2012 Offering of Letters will include several simultaneous "mini-campaigns" in order to respond more quickly to what is happening in Congress. The overall campaign focuses on protecting funding for programs for hungry and poor people. Within this broader campaign to create a circle of protection are four mini-campaigns that address specific legislative topics before Congress:
- domestic nutrition assistance
- poverty-focused foreign assistance
- tax credits for low-income families
- international food aid
